Muzium Darul Ridzuan

This Muzium Darul Ridzuan building is located in Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab, Ipoh near with the building Pejabat Setiuasaha Negeri Perak's Government. This building was built in the year 1926. In the year 1950, this building has been sold to the Government Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan to make office and register by Public Work Department (PWD), and chance registration number it is 2020. Then this building make headquarters Home Guard Negeri Perak by the year 1957. In the early years 1991, this building have been started modify his interior design and code-named Muzium Darul Ridzuan. On 18th of August 1992, DYTM Muda's King Perak's King, Dr. Nazrin Shah Ibni's King Azlan Muhibbudin Shah's king have launched opening Muzium Darul Ridzuan.
This is the main door to enter the muzium which it’s besides the building Pejabat Setiuasaha Negeri Perak's Government and infront of JKR building. Muzium Darul Ridzuan's establishment beginning from plan to set up a maiden museum in Bandaraya Ipoh to 27 hb January 1989, by the committee was presided by State Secretary then. This museum purpose of establishing is to preserve mining history and forestry in Bandaraya Ipoh to retain and maintain all history heritages which is left by mining industry tin ore and industry forestry revenue. Museum concept of the formation too is based on to the evolution strong Bandaraya Ipoh stand revenue from mining tin ore and woods once upon a time.
This is me in front of the museum which at the back is the door to enter inside the museum. Exhibition materials have been displayed in Muzium Darul Ridzuan is classified according to galleries which are Ipoh's City History, Mining History, Tin Ore Forestry and Natural World Perak's, State Building outside Exhibition. Other than display permanent exhibition materials which comprise from city history Ipoh, Perlombongan Bijih Timah, Natural World and Perhutanan Negeri Perak, Muzium Darul Ridzuan also have made temporary some shows. Suitable with his location in Bandaraya Ipoh this, temporary exhibitions hold had attracted many visitor to come visiting this museum.

This is the materials that been show at the outside of the muzium which it’s mining history and forestry in Bandaraya Ipoh. The objective of Muzium Negeri Perak is to detect, undertake research, protect, and display materials characterized by culture, history, flora and fauna Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan and help efforts of the government in promote the tourism industry. The objective of the board in Muzium Negeri Perak is save all history heritage, culture, arts, flora and fauna Perak's state with the way of collect, research, protect, publish and display in specific museums in assets under management Museum Board, undertake research and care for buildings and history effects that there were in everywhere Negeri Perak and carry out in research several cultural in Negeri Perak includes over sultanate custom Negeri Perak.





This is the picture inside the Muzium that shows history of bandaraya ipoh, keris collection, Relationship / Family DiRaja, Mining History Tin Ore, DYMM Tungku Permaisuri Bainun's private collection, DYMM during time youth / schooling and many more history of Perak.
